The Basic Postpartum Doula Package includes 8 hours of postpartum doula care during daytime at weekdays + phone-, text-, and mail correspondence.

The needs in the postpartum period varies from family to family. Below we have listed some of our most popular services:

• Mothering mamma as she recovers from birth
• Help create a nurturing and quiet environment for the whole family
• Breastfeeding counseling and positioning
• Babysitting while you get a shower or a nap
