The Basic Postpartum Doula Package includes 8 hours of postpartum doula care during daytime at weekdays incl. phone, text and mail correspondence.

The needs in the postpartum period varies from family to family. Below we have listed some of our most popular services:

• Mothering mamma as she recovers from birth
• Help create a nurturing and quiet environment for the whole family
• Breastfeeding counseling and positioning
• Babysitting while you get a shower or a nap
• Processing the birth experience
