Ready for Birth and Beyond 1-day workshop is a birth boot-camp for expectant couples planning to give birth in Denmark.

You will get seven contact hours of teaching and we have selected the most inspiring presentations, hands-on exercises, evidence based information and activities from our popular previous 6-weeks class course. We also strive for individuality; that you and your partner feel safe, primed and ready for birth – no matter how it will unfold.

You will also get a comprehensive compendium with both practical hands-on and written exercises, background knowledge and information to support integration of what we cover in the workshop.
