DELIVERY TIME
Dates, time and venue of all courses, workshops and trainings will appear in the respective descriptions.
Dates, time and venue of our Birth and Postpartum Doula packages are arranged individually.
All digital products are delivered directly in your mailbox following your purchase.

PRODUCTS
All courses, workshops, trainings, doula packages and digital products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

PURCHASE AND PAYMENT OPTIONS AND TERMS
You can pay by either Visa, MasterCard or MobilePay.
When you place your order the amount will normally be deducted from your account within 24 hours.

CANCELLATION
Courses, Events and Workshops
Payment is binding – reimbursement is not possible. You are welcome to hand over your purchase to a friend if you write a mail to Copenhagen Doulas informing us the name and e-mail address of who will be coming instead of you. (mail@copenhagendoulas.dk)

Doula packages
Reservation payment for Birth and Postpartum Doula packages are binding – reimbursement is not possible.

We will sign an individual cooperation agreement when you decide to hire us for your birth or postpartum doulas. If you at some point do not wish to continue our cooperation or by some reason need to cancel our cooperation agreement, you will not be responsible for future installments. No refunds for installments already paid. The current agreement must be canceled in writing mail@copenhagendoulas.dk.

Trainings
Reservation payment for our trainings are binding – reimbursement is not possible.

We will sign an individual cooperation agreement when you decide to participate our training. If you at some point do not wish to continue or by some reason need to stop the training, you will not be responsible for future installments. No refunds for installments already paid.

The current agreement must be canceled in writing mail@copenhagendoulas.dk.

CORONA RESTRICTIONSAND/OR LOCK-DOWN
In case of a governmental national or local lock-down, or additional restrictions that will inhibit planned in-person classes, we rearrange and teach online via Zoom. You will receive further information via mail.
There will be no refund.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are valid 140 days from date of purchase.

PRIVACY POLICY
Personal data are all kinds of information that to an extent can refer to you. When you use our website we will collect and handle a range of these informations; when you search information on our website, if you sign up for our newsletter, participate in surveys or contests, register as user or buys gift cards etc.

We typically collect and handle the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP-number, geographical location plus which pages you click on.

When you explicitly consent to and type your information we also handle: Name, phone number, e-mail, address and payment information. This will typically be in connection with setting up login or when you make a purchase in our shop.
